Some weddings stay with you because of the people. This was one of them. The family welcomed us warmly, brought plenty of fun to the celebration, and made the day a pleasure to film.

The couple were beautiful together. Their connection, along with the relaxed feeling of a mild summer day, gave us personal moments to preserve throughout the celebration.

From the ceremony to a father’s toast and the personality tucked into a pair of wedding socks, the film brings together both the meaningful moments and the little details.

McLean House sits beside the Willamette River in West Linn, Oregon. Built in 1927, the historic home and landscaped grounds provided the setting for this summer wedding.

Located in the Portland area, it is part of the local history surrounding the celebrations we have had the opportunity to film.
