We film birthdays, corporate gatherings, quinceañeras, conferences, charity galas, graduations, sporting events, bar and bat mitzvahs, anniversaries, funerals, and memorial services. In addition, we create lifestyle films around personal stories, family connections, and everyday moments. We serve Portland, Vancouver, WA, and the surrounding Pacific Northwest. Basic includes 3 hours of coverage and a 3–4 minute highlight film. Standard includes 4 hours, a 4–5 minute highlight film, and 2 vertical social media reels. Plus includes 5 hours, a 4–5 minute highlight film, 3 vertical reels, and all RAW video footage. First, consider the parts of your event you most want captured. Then, we can discuss whether one of these packages or custom coverage would suit your schedule and goals.
Yes. All three packages include professional capture of key event audio when applicable, such as speeches, presentations, interviews, and memorial remarks. Before the event, we discuss the schedule and available audio setup. If you need a complete speech or presentation delivered as a separate video, let us know so we can include that request in your proposal.
Your finished videos are delivered online. Editing time varies with the season, the amount of footage, and the edits requested, so we confirm an estimated delivery timeframe when planning your booking. If you need a video for a specific launch or date, please tell us before booking. Plus also includes unedited RAW footage for your archive; these files are not color corrected and may contain incomplete clips, camera starts and stops, and unprocessed audio.
Yes. Alongside videography, Pebble offers the Video Guestbook Booth, AI Photo Booth, Souvenir Photo Booth, Classic Photo Booth, and Virtual Photo Booth. These are separate services that can be combined with event coverage, subject to availability.
