Pebble Photo Booths is based in Vancouver, Washington and provides services throughout the Portland and Vancouver region and other areas of the Pacific Northwest.
You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes, including learning about our services, reviewing pricing information, contacting us, and requesting a quote.
You may not use this website in a way that interferes with its operation, attempts unauthorized access, distributes malicious code, submits fraudulent inquiries, or violates applicable law.
Submitting a contact form, quote request, email, or other inquiry does not create a confirmed booking.
Availability is not guaranteed until Pebble Photo Booths confirms the booking and any required agreement, payment, or deposit has been completed.
Quotes may be based on information provided by the client, including event date, location, guest count, service duration, selected experience, printing options, customizations, and other event details.
A booking is considered confirmed only after all required booking steps have been completed. Depending on the event, this may include acceptance of a service agreement, payment of a deposit or booking fee, and written confirmation from Pebble Photo Booths.
Until a booking is confirmed, Pebble Photo Booths may continue to accept inquiries for the same date.

Final pricing may depend on the selected photo booth experience, service duration, event location, travel requirements, printing, custom design work, additional effects, staffing, special requests, and other event-specific factors.
The final price for your event will be stated in your quote, invoice, or service agreement.
Some bookings may require a deposit or booking payment to reserve the event date.
Payment amounts, due dates, accepted payment methods, and any remaining balance will be described in the applicable proposal, invoice, confirmation, or service agreement.
Failure to make required payments by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary depending on the type of booking and the specific agreement provided for the event.
Deposits, booking fees, and amounts already paid may be subject to cancellation terms stated in the client's service agreement or invoice.
Clients should contact Pebble Photo Booths as soon as possible if an event must be canceled, postponed, or rescheduled.
The client is responsible for ensuring that Pebble Photo Booths has reasonable access to the venue for setup, operation, and removal of equipment.
The event location should provide adequate space and any required access to electrical power, internet service, tables, parking, loading areas, or other resources specified before the event.
Additional charges may apply if unusual access requirements, parking fees, venue restrictions, extended setup times, or other conditions create additional costs.
The client is responsible for confirming that the venue allows the selected Pebble Photo Booths experience and any related equipment.
Pebble Photo Booths is not responsible for restrictions imposed by a venue after a booking has been made.
If the venue requires certificates, vendor registration, special insurance documentation, loading instructions, or other arrangements, the client should provide those requirements in advance.
Outdoor photo booth operation may depend on weather, temperature, wind, lighting, power availability, surface conditions, and adequate protection from rain or moisture.
Pebble Photo Booths may require a covered or protected setup area for outdoor events and may modify, pause, or discontinue operation if conditions could damage equipment or create a safety risk.
Rental time generally begins and ends according to the service period stated in the client's booking agreement.
Setup and breakdown time is normally separate from guest-facing service time unless otherwise stated.
Additional service time may be available for an additional charge, subject to availability and event conditions.
Guests are expected to use Pebble Photo Booths equipment responsibly and follow reasonable instructions provided by attendants or staff.
Pebble Photo Booths may suspend use of equipment when conduct is abusive, dangerous, destructive, unlawful, or creates a risk to guests, staff, or equipment.
The client may be responsible for damage caused by intentional misuse or negligent treatment of Pebble Photo Booths equipment by the client or event guests.
Depending on the selected service, guests may receive images through QR code, text message, email, online gallery, printing, or another delivery method.
Delivery methods may depend on internet access, cellular service, equipment availability, software providers, and the selected package.
Pebble Photo Booths does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity at every venue.
Printing is included only when specifically stated in the selected package or booking agreement.
Print sizes, quantities, layouts, and availability may vary by experience.
Printer interruptions, supply limitations, hardware issues, or other technical problems may occasionally affect onsite printing. When reasonably possible, Pebble Photo Booths will attempt to restore service or provide an appropriate alternative.
Some Pebble Photo Booths experiences may use artificial intelligence, face swapping, digital effects, image transformations, or other automated creative technologies.
Because these technologies generate creative results automatically, outputs may vary between guests and sessions.
Pebble Photo Booths cannot guarantee that every AI-generated or digitally transformed image will appear exactly as expected.
Some packages may include custom photo layouts, trading card designs, magazine covers, event branding, overlays, AI effects, or other custom creative work.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, logos, branding assets, and other requested information by applicable deadlines.
Delays in providing required materials may limit the amount of customization available.
By providing Pebble Photo Booths with logos, photographs, artwork, trademarks, names, or other materials for use in an event experience, the client confirms that they have permission to use those materials.
The client is responsible for any claims arising from materials they provide without appropriate authorization.
The Pebble Photo Booths name, website content, service descriptions, designs, graphics, layouts, branding, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Pebble Photo Booths unless otherwise stated.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or used commercially without prior permission.
Any use of event photographs or booth content by Pebble Photo Booths for marketing, portfolio, social media, or promotional purposes will be governed by the applicable booking agreement, client permissions, or other authorization.
Clients with privacy requirements should discuss those requirements with Pebble Photo Booths before the event.
Pebble Photo Booths may use third-party software, payment processors, hosting providers, photo delivery services, AI platforms, messaging services, security tools, and other technology providers.
Some aspects of service may therefore depend on systems outside the direct control of Pebble Photo Booths.
Pebble Photo Booths is not responsible for temporary interruptions or failures caused by third-party platforms, internet providers, cellular networks, utilities, or other outside services.
Pebble Photo Booths takes reasonable steps to maintain equipment and provide the services described in the booking.
However, electronic equipment, cameras, computers, printers, internet connections, and software may occasionally experience unexpected technical issues.
If a significant technical problem occurs, Pebble Photo Booths will make reasonable efforts to restore service, provide an alternative, or otherwise address the issue based on the circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pebble Photo Booths will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or event services.
Any liability arising from a specific booking may also be subject to limitations contained in the applicable service agreement.
